PGI utilizes a trusted network of heat treat and surface finish partners to save time and shipping costs. Our honing and lapping department finishes inner-diameters to the tightest tolerances, strictest finish requirements, and can even match clearance-based assemblies. We also provide basic assembly services for multi-component jobs. Lastly, in addition to our precision ID/OD grinding, we offer basic surface grinding services for non-cylindrial parts.
